The Theatro Grand Center Channel was designed to reproduce voice perfectly, featuring two mid-woofers with lightweight, transparent XPP cones emphasizing speed and delicacy, allowing nuance and intimacy to develop.

Together with the dual front bass-reflex ports, this configuration provides an increase in dynamic capabilities necessitated by the demands of more sophisticated theater systems in larger settings. We complement these drivers with our silk dome tweeter, which contributes a lot to achieve THEATRO´s flawless, natural sound, which is complete in every detail.

These capabilities, coupled with THEATRO´s elegantly slender cabinet finished in piano black, allows this speaker to be used in virtually any system for exemplary results.

The transparent cones are made of a special mixture, we named XPP, and this new material we believe sets a milestone for naturalness in reproduction. It combines the precision and transparency of hard cones - such as stamped metal - with the smoothness and musicality of softer materials. One of the secrets is the right share of polypropylene which gives the optimum in stiffness and inner damping ratio.

For tweeters, clearly, there is still only one choice: hand-coated silk domes from the Scandinavian school of design. Ferrofluid in the magnetic gap represents an important sound tuning feature: Not using it, or even using it in different viscosities, results in interaction with the cone. Perfectly developed, voices and nstrument timbres are perfectly rendered.
